Every inquiry begins with a detailed product specification review. We then engage our origin-country procurement team to identify the most suitable supplier for your exact grade, moisture, and packaging requirements. From there, our quality and logistics teams take over to ensure smooth execution from packing house to port.
We partner directly with certified farms, producers, and growers across the origin countries for each commodity category. Our procurement team conducts seasonal farm visits, evaluates crop quality, and negotiates supply agreements that lock in consistent pricing and volume commitments — reducing supply chain uncertainty for our buyers.
All incoming goods undergo rigorous physical inspection, laboratory testing, and grade classification before they enter our packing operations. For dates, this includes visual grading, moisture analysis, and size classification. For spices and grains, we conduct pesticide residue testing, foreign matter checks, and moisture content verification against the buyer's destination-market standards.
From retail-ready bags to bulk export sacks, we offer flexible packaging solutions including private-label, OEM, and standard formats. Date varieties are typically packed in 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 5kg retail packs — or 10kg bulk cartons. Grains and pulses are available in 25kg or 50kg polypropylene sacks. Spices can be customised to buyer-specified pack sizes with full nutritional label compliance for the destination market.
We manage all export documentation, including phytosanitary certificates, halal certification, food safety compliance records, certificates of origin, and fumigation certificates where required by the receiving country. Our documentation team ensures every shipment is export-ready and compliant with the latest import regulations of the destination port authority.
We coordinate full container loads (FCL) and less-than-container loads (LCL) via Dubai's world-class port infrastructure at Jebel Ali — the largest port in the Middle East and one of the top ten busiest globally. We work with established freight forwarding partners to offer competitive sea freight rates on FOB, CIF, and CFR terms to all major destination ports.
We track every shipment to its final destination and provide the complete documentation package required for customs clearance at the receiving port — including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and halal certificate. Post-delivery, our trade team remains accessible for any quality queries or re-order requirements.
